We take great care in packaging and shipping our handcrafted products. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will require proof of damage, such as clear photos of the item and packaging, in order to process a refund.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, natural variances in color, texture, or design are not considered defects and are not eligible for a refund. These unique characteristics are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
